Introduction

Develop your knowledge and skills in textile crafts with our Level 2 Award in Creative Craft (Textiles) at Writtle College.

Level 2 Awards in Creative Craft are all about exploring your interests and developing your crafting skills.

With this course, we’ll explore textile materials and techniques such as printing, fabric dyeing, and embroidery. We’ll also look at colour theory, formal elements of art and craft, and some of the tools that are commonly when creating textiles.

You’ll develop, create and present a number of textile products as part of the course.
